Brian O'Donnell

Brian grew up in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. He was always involved with music and studied the saxophone in college, but his first job in a restaurant made him fall in love with cooking. He has worked in numerous styles of restaurants and eventually made his way to Boston, where he worked first as a charcuterie chef, then as a sous chef and eventually as head chef at a few Boston restaurants. After the pandemic, Brian moved back to Newport to be closer to family and to help his brother, Kevin, open Giusto.
Brian has a Jeopardy-like memory and he loves to go fishing. Next time you’re out and about by the water, take a look. You might just run into him there.
